Just add 1/2 a teaspoon of each to a cup and steep for as long as you like. Just remember, the longer you steep the more medicinal. However, steep the roses separately for 20 minutes maximum. I usually make a huge Ball jar full before bedtime 
and then I enjoy it in the morning, which is an 8 hour steep. You can just add the rose tea to it afterwards.This blend gives the heart the expansion it has been looking for! Let the receiving begin.
