Just add a teaspoon of each to a cup and steep for as long as you like. Just remember, the longer you steep the more medicinal. I usually make a huge Ball jar full before bedtime and then I enjoy it in the morning, which is an 8 hour steep. This blend gives the body the chi its been looking for!

I would like to remove the blogger and designer links on the attribution bar at the bottom of a blogger page. I know its not good to remove it and usually i don’t, but this is a page for a business so it needs to look clean and profesisonal..
