Skullcap + Dandelion Root
Just add a tablespoon of each to a cup and steep for as long as you like. Just remember, the longer you steep the more medicinal. I usually make a half gallon Ball jar full before bedtime I enjoy it in the morning, which is an 8 hour steep. For best results, put the dandelion roots into boiling water for a few minutes. Then, remove from heat and add the skullcap and steep everything together overnight.
This blend will ground down the wisdom of planet Mercury (Virgo’s Ruling Planet)!

She apprenticed with Robin Rose Bennett for many years to learn the Wise Woman Tradition. In addition, she is a trained Kundalini instructor, Reiki Master, and Esoteric Healer. Cole works closely with the Tarot and the constant rotation of the cosmos to commune with the archetypes that breathe life into us.
