| New Moon Time: Planting Seeds |
New Moon time is an extremely fertile time for creating intentions for your life. Intentions are part declaration and part prayer. When we create an intention, we are saying to the the great creative intelligence of the universe:
“This is what I aim to change/create this moon cycle. Will you help?”
Creating this New Moon intention is a way of planting a seed in your heart and in your life. (This is a big part of what we do in Wild Woman Moon Circles & or Solo at New Moon time.)

| Here are 7 Ideas To Bring Your Intention(s) to Life this Moon Cycle|
○ Think of your intention like a seed you’ve planted. When you treat your intention like a seed, it wakes up a kind of listening in you. A seed has an imperative to grow & all it needs from you is tending.
○ Make space for it. I mean this on a couple of levels. A. If you’ve written down the intention, place it somewhere you will see if frequently (Ex: the screensaver of your phone, your desk, your alter, etc.). B. Make space in your calendar to take actions in the direction of your intention. (Ex: if you made an intention to find joy in exercise, perhaps you register for a salsa class near you, put it on your calendar and show up just as you would to other commitments.)
○ Allow yourself to align with your excitement and enthusiasm for this intention. This is a way of giving it light, calling in fire. When you are excited about your intention, it fills you with the much needed gusto to make it happen.
○ Dance: Be in the flow of life. When you are supple, open to the unexpected, when you allow yourself to be fluid, you are in the flow of the creative process. This way of being waters your seed & allows you to be in Co-creative state with the universe.
○ Make check in/realignment dates with yourself. I recommend both quarter moons and full moon time for checking in with your intention. This is a away of staying connected to the moon and your growing seed. At check in time, you can acknowledge any sprouting around your intention AND you can notice where you are resisting and where life is presenting some obstacles. This is a time to get creative about how to work through these.
○ Be patient. Emerson famously wrote, “Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience.” Your intention may come fully to life this moon cycle or maybe not. You can rest in the knowing that it is growing and gathering strength. There is something very beautiful about organic growth. Enjoy it.
○ Give it over to that which you consider Sacred or Divine. Whether you call that the beloved, the web of life, God, Goddess, the Source, the Force, and so on-whatever is sacred to you. You can say something like: I have this intention, I am trusting you to help me bring it to life, if you so choose. I’m listening. I’m open to your insight & inspiration. Thank you.
Have fun trying 1 or 2 of these on this moon cycle to amplify your intentions!

Dear Chris,
I’m looking forward to join the excitement of this tribe. Browsing TWWP website is like going home.
I want to know the festival program next year. I’m a documentary filmmaker and some of my work tell stories about women in my country, Indonesia. I’d like to share this with the tribe, is there film screening in the program?
Look forward to hearing from you,
love & gratitude
