The New Moon in Cancer is the time to call on the Mother. She lives within each of us and can be accessed when we dissolve deep into the softness and allow space for the most gentle parts of self. Healing comes from self love, not necessarily time. When we embody our own nurturing and become a mother to ourselves the path to healing is laid.
Luna’s Chalice
-Oat top infusion + Motherwort Tincture-
Boil one cup of oat tops in a half gallon of water. Let the tea cool for a few minutes, then pour it into a half gallon ball jar and cap it. Let it steep on the counter for up to 8 hours. After, strain out the oat tops and refrigerate the tea. Add one dropper full of motherwort tincture to a cup of oat top infusion.

Cole works closely with the Tarot and the constant rotation of the cosmos to commune with the archetypes that breathe life into us.
