This Moon Cycle, initiated by the New Moon in Aquarius is the time to revolutionize friendship. The most important relationship is the one that we have with ourselves. This internal bond or lack there of sets the tone for our external connections.

[Gotu Kola + Rosemary]

 
Just add a tablespoon of gotu kola per cup of water with a little pinch of rosemary. Steep for as long as you like.  Just remember, the longer you steep the more medicinal the infusion becomes. I usually make a half gallon Ball jar full before bedtime and I enjoy it in the morning, which is an 8 hour steep.
 
For best results, add the plants to hot water and let them infuse on the counter overnight. For a large batch, boil a half gallon of filtered water. Put one cup of gotu kola into a half gallon mason jar with a sprig of rosemary. Cover the plants with hot water and fill the jar to the brim. Place the cap on the jar and let it steep on the counter for 8 hours. In the morning, strain the herbs out and refrigerate the tea. Try drinking 3 cups throughout the day.
