Dear One,
The New Moon carries in a satchel full of blessings and creative potential.
Can you feel it?
We begin this Moon Cycle by walking through a poem of resilience, wilderness & spell making written by Ada Limón, aiming to see the world through her visionary & courage eyes.
The poem is On a Pink Moon followed by a New Moon journaling inquiry & intention setting for you.
Feel free to make yourself comfy, perhaps outside somewhere. Let’s be together and see what we find!
After you’ve taken in the poem & inquiry, in the comments here, I’d love to hear from you: How did this poem and pondering land for you? What seeds are you planting this New Moon? Can’t wait to read them. ♥️

The darkness lives in me through suspicion and judgement.. which I also consider helpful. The less helpful is to allow over whelm and then for it back as snappyness etc.
I want to grow the good vibes I’m teaching to many more..
I want to nourish myself with lots more family surfing
I will cling to dance and sing and ritual to remind me who I am at the heart
Yes, Amy! Beautiful. Thank you for sharing ♥️
To me the poem describes a woman who has had to bury her love of something or someone. After the marker is in place she has to pull the grief out of her body and turn it into something creative, in this case a spell, and the seeds are the death being used to birth new beginnings so death wasn’t in vain. Weeds are the plants that always grow, tenacious and beautiful, even in their commonality.
1 seed would be love that surrounds us all like air. 1 seed would be faith that feeds our soul and gives us the strength to press on. And the last seed would be hope because once you lose hope and you think something won’t happen or continue it is over
Beautiful, Wendy. Love seeing the poem through your eyes. Thanks for sharing. xo
