The Moon Cycle initiated by the New Moon in Capricorn is the time to unlock the wisdom of the Mineral Kingdom. Our bones are woven with minerals and contain the story of our lineage. These are our history books preserving our antiquity. We are partly those that came before us. Their guidance formed in our bones and is with us wherever we go.

Fill a mason jar halfway with organic dried horsetail. Next, top off the jar with organic apple cider vinegar. Make sure to sandwich a piece of wax paper between the lid and the vinegar. This is essential because vinegar exposed to metal will rust. You can also use a plastic lid to avoid this. Lastly, let the infused vinegar sit for 6 weeks before straining out the plant material. You are welcome to give the jar daily shakes to help it infuse along the way. Add a teaspoon of this mineral rich vinegar to a glass of water for a fortnight to strengthen the teeth, bones, hair and nails. Horsetail is best if used periodically. Use it for two weeks with a two week break and repeat. Continual use without breaks can be a bit taxing for the kidneys over time.
