When I sit down to write to you each week, I always ask myself the following:
“What is alive in me today?”
And it is from that precise place of curiosity and buzzy inspiration that I start.
Sometimes I’m feeling a sense of nagging competition(as us humans do from time to time). Sometimes I feel inspired by some challenge that came up on my yoga mat. Sometimes it is a character in a dream. Every time I sit down I am amazed that there is yet another thing that is bubbling/rising/radiating from the depths of little ole me.
And guess what? It’s in you too.
Ask yourself right now,
“What is alive in me today?”
The good, the bad & the ugly. Feel for it. Listen for it. Then write it. Name it. Just takes a moment-grab a pen and take a note.
…
Now you have it. Your starting point. You have located yourself on the map. Now time for the adventure! (If you want a courage stretch, share what is alive in you in the comments section here. It’s good practice.)
This way of starting (which you can do anytime of day or night) invites a true honesty into this very moment. This moment being the only moment that is actually (not theoretically) happening. You are now here, standing in your truth. This is beginning in integrity.
It would be remiss of me not to share what is alive in me today, where I am starting…
I feel the physical sensation of bubbling with excitement.
The Wild Woman Project 2nd Annual Fundraiser is in NYC Saturday Night and I am so looking forward to see you many of you in the flesh, DANCING, hugs, kisses, having my cards read, getting my face painted, and of course…VINO!
This bubbling excitement is the fuel I will use to carry me through the week’s preparation and to-dos.
And it is with all this excitement that I say to you: We are almost through our first year and I am humbled and inspired and committed to furthering the evolution of WILD Woman Consciousness. Thank you for being here. Truthfully, all I do, I do for you.
If you are a WILD one of NYC, I can’t wait to dance with you.
Everyone else, you are alive. Dance like it;)
With boundless and bubbling love,
C
