Golden Breeze
The New Moon in Gemini is the time to use the mind in service to the heart. Use this fertile time to channel the active wind of the mind and float it down into the heart center. Let the air move through you, hold the energy in your chest, and release the golden breeze from your heart.
Herbal Blend: Linden + Skullcap
Just add a tablespoon of each to a cup and steep for as long as you like. Just remember, the longer you steep the more medicinal. I usually make a huge Ball jar full before bedtime and then I enjoy it in the morning, which is an 8 hour steep. This blend gracefully drops the mind into the heart.
