NOTE FROM CHRIS
Beloved,
Today I answer another question asked to me be a wild woman: How do I approach the end of the moon cycle? I loved exploring this question & hope it will inspire you to close out this moon cycle with some clarity.

Also, I have made some big changes to support you in the special Alchemy that is the 40 DAY WILD WOMAN TRANSFORMATION. Check it Out & Apply Here.

CLOSING THE CYCLE WITH CLARITY
Day turns to night. Winter turns to spring. And the 28ish day Moon Cycle closes just before the moon is new.
There are a myriad of ways to contextualize theses movements. The simplest being: it is the marker of a passage of time. The stars make themselves known we get the message: the hours left in this day are numbered. We see the first sign of green sprouting from the trees and we know the winter is bowing out. The waning moon fading into darkness communicates: Things have happened, life has been lived.
If we are lucky, in any given cycle-be it a day, a season, a lifetime-realizations have occurred. If we are awake, it’s likely been beautiful and difficult, splendid and uncomfortable-that divine paradox. These markers-the stars, the green on the trees, the waning of the moon-remind us life is moving & changing and so are we.
Because Wild Woman Moon Circles happen on the New Moon, our focus tends to be a celebration of the beginning of the cycle (Which we will tend to next week). But how, you may wonder, shall we close the moon cycle with the consciousness we give to the new moon time?
The first word that comes to mind is Honoring. Honoring what has passed. Honoring your triumphs & glory, honoring your stumbles & failures. Honoring the ways in which you showed up & did your best. Honoring when you fell short of your expectations. All of it. Honoring the pieces of your journey in this cycle that brought you great joy & great pain. Honor it all.
Some Suggestions on form:
- Journaling. List-style can be a great approach. (Ex: 5 things I learned this cycle or 7 brave things I did this cycle).
- Make a collage. Or piece of art (Ex: My cycle felt like this…)
- Gather together with a friend or two & talk through it.
Living conscientiously requires of us that precious resource, time, and that essential virtue, courage. The heart to look at your own story with respect, attention & reverence. The care to carve out space for reflection. When we close the cycle with clarity, in the next cycle, we can integrate even more deeply the lessons learned, the growth had.
Clarity is powerful medicine in the creative process of life.
My challenge to you for the closing of this moon cycle:
Honor your process between the last New Moon on March 20th and now. (The Next New Moon falls on April 18th). You can use a suggestion from the list above or you can create your own way.
Our day-to-day lives mean something, if we listen.
The things that have come to pass have value, if we can find it.
Wishing you a beautiful, clarity-infused close to this rich moon cycle.
