As a mother, sister, partner, and holistic integrative therapist, I embody the adventurous and free-spirited essence of Sagittarius. A deep lover of the outdoors, I am most alive when hiking, backpacking, skiing, or simply wandering through the woods. Music fills my soul, and I thrive on unplanned moments that bring joy and spontaneity to life.

In my free time, I can be found exploring the open ocean or driving across the country in my van, discovering new places and experiences. A lifelong learner and avid reader, I am passionate about empowering others to embrace their authenticity and inner strength.
