Hi, I’m Elisabeth.

I’m a nomadic freelance yoga teacher and somatic facilitator. Warm, authentic, welcoming and an experienced in holding space rooted in community for all levels, backgrounds and nationalities. One of my biggest honors and joys is holding space for exploration through movement and community – because we were never meant to heal, grow and nurture alone.

My offerings are always rooted in nature, agency and lived experience. My happy place is in or by the ocean. Surfing babywaves in Portugal, cold plunging in frozen lakes in Finland and everything inbetween. Connecting to the elements through my body brings my soul alive.
