I am Irish and live in the beautiful Waikato, New Zealand with my family and our dog. I am a Professional Homeopath and have been a volunteer Breastfeeding counsellor for many years.

Through these roles and my journey as a mother, I have been immersed in many women-centered groups. My experience supporting mothers and clients has deepened my passion for working with women in a heart-centered space.

Creating a womans circle has been a real natural progession for me. Being able to create a space, where together we can be still, breath and connect to our inner knowing is such a privilege. I look forward to you joining me soon.
