Hi, I’m Cas, a women’s circle facilitator in Albany, New York, and the founder of Return to the Circle NY, a growing community dedicated to creating spaces for connection, reflection, and collective healing. I’m currently working toward establishing as an official nonprofit so we can continue expanding opportunities for women to gather in meaningful ways.

Outside of circle work, I work in higher education in academic advising and instruction, where I support students in discovering their strengths, navigating challenges, and building lives rooted in purpose.

At my core, I’m a creative and collaborative spirit who is endlessly curious. I love learning, trying new things, and bringing people together. Whether we’re sharing stories around a circle, exploring creativity, or building community, I believe there is something powerful that happens when we slow down, listen deeply, and remember that we were never meant to do life alone.
