I’m a Metrowest, Central Mass, and Boston-based Yoga Teacher and YTT (E-RYT 500, RPYT, and YACEP) specializing in various styles of Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Reiki, and Sound Healing. Beyond these roles, I embrace the path of a wild medicine guide and mystic wisdom keeper, holding space for profound exploration and healing through Women’s Sacred Circle facilitation.

When I’m not teaching, facilitating, or training, I enjoy exploring nature, hiking the 4000 footers in NH, gathering with fellow Wild Women, and traveling to various events and Yoga studios throughout New England, where I provide transformative experiences for participants through my Crystal Bowl Meditations, multi-instrumental Sound Bath concerts, and workshops.
