Kate has been an active part of women’s circles for over a decade, gathering in the same circle of women, to tune in to our own inner guidance and intuition, to connect, share, nurture, grow, evolve, and to hold space for each other. Honouring the Sacred Feminine and the Sacred Masculine; learning and understanding the linkages between and to the elements of earth, air, fire,water and spirit; appreciating the cyclical nature of life, the seasons, the wheel of the year; the moon and our own ebbs and flows; reflecting on and appreciating the interconnectedness of all Life.
