I’m a world explorer. A mountain lover. A breath-worker. And a lot more. Just as you are so much more than just a few words could describe. I try to live in awareness and connected to my true self, which is essentially a path for me, rather than a destination. And because we are creatures of connection, I believe we can help each other on those entangled, weird, scary and amazingly beautiful journeys by creating circles and sharing our heart stories.

Travelling has gifted me with many experiences that I studied and explored in depth: Thai massage therapy, holistic nutrition, conscious breath-work, mountains, hiking guide training, Vipassana meditation, Montessori teaching aaaand Wild Women Circles. 😉
