Lara Eisenberg-Hendlish – Telecircle

Lara is a Body Mind Psychotherapist, Yoga Therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Women’s Embodiment and Erotic Empowerment Coach. She has extensive experience and education in stress management, addiction, anxiety, trauma, embodiment, sexual health and awakening the feminine. A strong advocate for females and fully devoted to anything spiritual, Lara is passionate about restoring the mind-body-spirit-sex connection. As often happens, her work is a culmination of her life experiences. She learned from her experiences of objectification, abuse, and instability leading her on a journey of exploration of how women and young females relate to themselves and the world. She realized how much the challenges in her life affected her connection to her body, mind and spirit and sought to change those connections in herself. The end result was to arrive at a place of peace within herself. Lara’s mission is to assist females in restoring the natural harmony that exists within between mind, body, and spirit. Her desire is to help deepen their connection to the language of the body; sensation, desires, needs, intuition and emotions. She truly believes an integral part of healing for women is to explore their emotional, psychological, spiritual and sexual lives. An absence of any of these aspects of self can be an impediment to a life filled with pleasure, power and purpose.

In her personal life, she uses her intense passion for a dance as a beautiful form of feminine expression.

Lara believes when women sit together in circle they reclaim their power and restore sisterhood.
