Lisa is a self-love coach, inner child guide, and EFT practitioner. Her cosmic journey to self-love began in 2010 when she set the intention to not let her core wounds define her future. 

Through deep inner work and somatic tools, she learned how to heal her core wounds, raise her self-worth, and connect to her true self.

Her mission is to guide women to heal their inner child wounds, unlearn their false selves, transcend their patterns, and reclaim their power by living a life rooted in their soul’s true essence.
