Hi, I’m Mahala, a 40-something Wild Woman living in Nottinghamshire, UK with my three children. I’m a qualified, professional Sound Therapy Practitioner and I work from a dedicated studio in Nottingham where I offer Sound Therapy treatments and workshops to help clients engage with soul deep work. As women, we often find ourselves juggling many different roles and identities, often prioritising those around us and leaving little time for ourselves. In facilitating Wild Woman Project Circles in Nottingham, I offer a safe space for women to enjoy community and sisterhood, support, laughter and that all-important soul work. I believe WWP Circles help us lead a heart-centred life in which we make time for ourselves.
