Mishel Ixchel – Turners Falls, MA

Mishel is an Ecuadorian-born + NYC-bred. She currently resides in Western Massachusetts, where she practices and teaches the art of Sacred Self Care through classes, workshops, events and retreats. Mishel is also the founder of Roots + Embers, a hot yoga healing spa.
