Through women’s circles, yoga classes, coaching, and tarot readings, Mona creates space for a loving discovery and remembrance of who you are beneath the masks you’ve worn and the walls you’ve built. She has a holistic approach to heal your body, mind, and spirit by examining every area of your life: health, relationships, money, love, and spirituality.

 

Mona lives in San Diego with her partner, dog, cat, and rabbit. She loves reading, learning, surfing, and talking with friends late into the night about magic and their wildest dreams.
