Roxanne Steed - Knoxville, TN
Roxanne Steed is a circle facilitator, yoga teacher, retreat leader, and founder of Compass & Core. Her work is rooted in a simple belief: when women gather with intention, honesty, and support, they remember their strength, wisdom, and capacity to thrive.
After a decade with the Peace Corps and many years in federal service, Roxanne’s path has taken her around the world and into communities of all kinds. Those experiences deepened her understanding of connection, resilience, and the universal need for belonging. Today, she creates spaces where women can pause, reconnect with themselves, and build meaningful relationships with one another.
As an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, sound journey guide, and retreat facilitator, Roxanne blends embodied practices, reflection, conversation, and community-building to help women navigate life’s transitions with greater clarity and confidence. Her approach is grounded, welcoming, and centered on the belief that growth happens when we feel seen, supported, and connected.
The Wild Woman Project is a natural extension of Roxanne’s lifelong commitment to bringing people together. Through circle, she invites women to slow down, listen deeply, trust their inner wisdom, and remember that they were never meant to walk alone.
