My name is Ruby and I’m a somatic* healing guide and facilitator.
(*somatic meaning connected to the body, and in my work, specifically focused on honoring and healing the nervous system)

My work draws upon 9+ years of devoted learning and embodied experience in the realms of coaching, somatic counseling, trauma resolution, and soulful leadership, as well as my own ever-deepening healing journey.

As a sensitive soul finding my way towards empowered self-expression, and a Chinese American (cis)woman healing from ancestral and developmental trauma, I am intimately familiar with the pain of feeling unsafe in this world, and passionate about creating spaces that allow each person to show up exactly as they are and feel how much they belong.

I believe in the strength of vulnerability and the power of softness, and trust that as we each commit to loving ourselves, we can reclaim our inner and collective wisdom and move closer to a safer and more inclusive world.

I deeply value integrity and heart, and I’m honored to get to hold space for sensitive, kind souls who are interested in personal and collective healing. This is brave work in these times, and so important.

I offer small circle gatherings both online and in-person in the Santa Monica/Los Angeles area, as well as one-on-one somatic healing support.
