Hi, I’m Steph!
I’m a writer, a life coach, a traveler, an astrologer, a seeker and finder, a reiki practitioner, a wife, a dog mom, a sister, a friend, and so much more. I have been acutely sensitive to energy and Spirit for as long as I can remember. I am a Light Worker through and through. I know very personally the healing power of remembering who we truly are. I believe in how much we thrive in this life when we walk in alignment with spirit AND body in our every-day lives here on this incredible planet.
It is my value and joy to create spaces where we come alongside one another to pay attention to things that matter. I lead moon circles because I know the transformative power of these cycles to FOCUS us on who we truly are and what we really, deeply want to live out in life. In these spaces we connect lovingly with our own dreams and desires. We set intentions to grow the connection we have with our own hearts. We support one another as we each walk through our own unique journeys. It’s absolutely magical!
