Tammy Bleier – Rochester, NY
Hello! I’m Tammy, and I am excited that you are considering New Moon Circles with The Wild Woman Project (TWWP). My journey with the TWWP began in 2018 after reading Women Who Run With the Wolves by Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés, which I highly recommend. After two years of learning from TWWP, and many more moons learning the ways of rewilding, I decided to take the plunge and become a New Moon Circle Leader. As a scientist, I spend much of my time in my mind, being analytical, logical, and rational. Yet, this is only one part of my story. Circles are a way to nourish the heart, to open to the intuitive, feminine, magical side of ourselves. I strongly believe I am my happiest and healthiest self when I nurture both my mind and heart equally, and Circle is one of the ways I nourish my heart. In addition to my roles as a researcher and Circle Leader, I am an avid gardener and world traveler. I love connecting, both with the Earth and with people. I find joy in cultivating my roots at home and exploring this beautiful planet far and wide. Perhaps most importantly, I seek magic in the mundane. If any of this resonates with you, I hope to see you in Circle! All womxn are welcome. We will share stories, re-center our hearts alongside fellow sisters, and make some magic. Howling at the moon optional but encouraged. Email me to learn when my next Circle is offered.
