Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and breathe for a few rounds until you feel fully awake and aware. Then imagine a river opening up above your head and pouring down and through you, toward the Earth. Breathe with this as you imagine your whole being washed, purified, nourished with the minerals and the flow of the water. Water heals, imagine it soothing anything tender or hurt inside.
Stay with this as long as you like.
In your journal write and/or draw 3 things that inspire Wow, a full-bodied feeling of reverence for you today. Look around, look inside. Feel into it. What is here? What and/or who around you today inspires reverence? Make a list of 3!
And give gratitude to each & feel the Love inside and around you.
