Women do not need advice. Women need spaces and conditions which help them listen to the wisdom in their own hearts.
Women do not need six figures and a tight ass. They need enough resources to take good care of their bodies, hearts and the ones they love best.
Women don’t need anyone’s thoughts or think pieces on what constitutes a perfect woman. Women need only to be perfectly themselves.
Women do not need accolades, fame, likes or followers. Women need only to do the things that bring them meaning and growth and joy.
Women do not need 1,000 fake friends. They need only a precious few who see them through and through.
Women do not owe anyone their story or their voice. Women need only to share how, when, what, and where they see fit.
Women don’t need a self-help book or productivity hacks. Like so many women before them, they need only take whatever agency they have and walk steadily in the direction of their deepest dreams.
Women do not need the world to tell them they are on the right track. Women need only the affirmation of their own enthusiasm to show them the way.
Women do not need permission from anyone or anything. They need to dance and sing and sit around the fire telling stories of women who set themselves free.
Women don’t need to purchase a 25 step plan for a dream life. They need only call up the courage and creativity living inside them to make their own map.
Women don’t need this message either. Women need only the wisdom within.

She is the organizer & facilitator of the beloved annual WILD WOMAN FEST, a women’s retreat-festival hybrid which fosters a deep connection to nature, a direct experience of the divine feminine & profound spiritual sisterhood among the women in attendance.
