I’m the founder of The Soul Essence Collective, a Holistic Soul Coach & qualified CONSCIOUSNESS COACH™ facilitating discovery, expansion and embodiment to help people live their truth from a soul level.

I exist to use CONSCIOUSNESS COACHING™ to help you cut through the layers, connect you to your authentic self and guide you to step into your power, your truth – your soul essence! I have a background of mental health, working as a clinical support worker for the Royal Flying Doctor’s Drought Wellbeing initiative in rural and remote Queensland. This birthed my interest of the mind, body, soul connection.

Diving headfirst into a CONSCIOUSNESS COACHING™ qualification, I have undergone months of study and self-development learning the tools and modalities to guide others to the life they desire and deserve.

I have completed years of study and work experience in the mental health industry and personal development industry and have gone through challenging life-threatening experiences in which I chose to rise to the occasion, break the constraints of my circumstances all whilst writing a book to help serve others going through a similar experience.

I am the author of “Terminally Authentic” a self-help guide – where I shares my experience with terminal metastatic cancer, but rather than just reflecting on my experiences, I share the modalities I used to the break the constraints of my circumstances and rise. It is a story of the death of my old egocentric self, and a rebirth to a more aligned soul serving, love-filled life, and I share with you the secrets that I used, so you too can do the same. ​

Using my book as the foundations of her new business The Soul Essence Collective, I endeavour to help the world heal of their trauma, and turn their pain into their power! I am a light-worker with life experiences, life learnings and enlightening growth that has fuelled my passion to help others become the full expression of who they are.

I love my work and enjoys using the CONSCIOUSNESS COACHING™ method to transform other’s lives, to help heal their life and live a happier and healthier life.
