New Moon in Aquarius Inspiration
A Practice:
Sit alone in the dark. Really dark, feel free to towels under the doorway. Set a timer for 11 minutes. Eyes open, breathe steady.
Listen, See, Feel.
Take a moment to journal after: any reflections, observations, guidance that came through during your sit.
An Image to Contemplate:
A woman so connected to nature that there are plants growing out of her. She is standing in mid-winter woods. She gazes out from the woods to see a city. Cars, stop lights, people eating dinner at restaurants, homeless people asking for change, smoke stacks, lights for the buildings and street lamps, police officers, people holding hands, people arguing, pavement, apartment stacked on apartment, and so on…all the things of the city, the civilized.
A Question:
What can this woman see from her unique vantage point, through the eyes of the outsider?
A Piece of Advice:
For Intention Setting this New Moon, ask yourself, where you wish to be more bold, more visionary, more weird. Where in your life can you invite the unique perception of the wild woman in? Don’t be afraid to intent something unusual, something strange, because maybe, just maybe when you shed convention, you can be more you.

I’ll leave you with this quote to sit with this New Moon:
The psyches and souls of women also have their own cycles and seasons of doing and solitude, running and staying, being involved and being removed, questing and resting, creating and incubating, being of the world and returning to the soul-place.~Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Women Who Run With the Wolves

I’ve missed you. Ta been 6 months. It’s interesting that I be chosen to reconnect during this Aquarian New moon. My progressed sun and moon are in Aquarius. I’ve been avoiding my calling since I left the mountain. I’m back!
