A few years back, I had one such moment and wrote a poem as a kind of personal declaration named, She Decided. Which I ended up sharing with The Wild Woman Project community & even crafted a whole ritual around at Wild Woman Fest.
Out of the blue, nearly eight years later, Sally Love from the Soulful Menopause podcast invited me on to talk about this poem. Speaking to Sally felt very much like sitting in Circle – the conversation wandered through topics dear to us wild women: nature connection, intuition, cycles and stages of life, spiritual sovereignty, the tyranny of the beauty industrial complex, mysticism, art-making, and on and on.
