Curiosity flows through me freely and leads me in the direction of my own Rewilding, accessing that place within me that is truly free and wise and knows exactly who she is. And this is what I share with others. I create access points for women who want to connect with and KNOW those wild parts that hide in the shadows waiting for them to turn around.
I have recently formed at Collective of women who gather regularly to Rewild through creative expression, exploration, deep honest open conversation and nervous system calibration. It is exciting…it is dynamic….and it is WILD!

I am trained as a Feldenkrais Practitioner, an Energy Healer, a Nervous System Specialist, a Wild Woman Project Facilitator, and a Unity Consciousness Guide. And I look forward to the many explorations that are yet to come!
