Dear Ones,
As this Current Moon Cycle comes to an end, we have the opportunity in these last couple of days to reflect on what has come to pass, inside and out. On the New Moon, April 26th, we called upon the practice & experience of Pleasure in our lives.
Now, we digest.
I’ve crafted these 7 questions to help you bring awareness to your experience of life during the Moon Cycle which began on April 26th and ends on May 24th. You are welcome to journal with these questions, simply contemplate them inside, you could dance them, or even create a piece of art. The point is: be with these questions in whatever way is most useful & pleasurable for you.

7 Questions to Help You Digest the Moon Cycle

1. If you made an intention on the New Moon, what was it & how is it unfolding?

Remember: when you make an intention, it may take time to come fully into fruition. Note & celebrate any progress and our any shifts you’d like to make.

2. What have I learned about myself this cycle?

Remember: this isn’t about casting judgement on yourself, but rather becoming aware of your inner workings.

3. What have a learned about the nature of Pleasure this cycle?

Example: It can happen in the simplest of moments.

4. What am I leaving behind this cycle?

Example: a specific habit or expectation of yourself.

5. What am I carrying with me into the Next Moon Cycle?

Example: a new skill, outlook, or habit.

6. What has happened (inside or out) this cycle that I can celebrate now?

Example: My garden is vibrantly alive and well!

7. Free Write: Connect with that which you consider to be sacred or divine & then write anything that is on your heart.
