When was the last time you wrote a poem?
When we are in great times of shift, as we undoubtedly are,
When our faith is being tested,
When we are called upon to stand & be courageous,
These are the times
when poetry becomes necessity.
Looking at your lover, your child, your neighbor
To find what is it that is beautiful and poignant about their face,
Their hands,
The way they put their socks on.
The soul is not a work of non-fiction,
The soul isn’t a collection of hard facts,
The soul is
a winding piece of poetry.
Sit down today
And write from the soul
A single poem.
Do not judge it,
Just write
and don’t stop until you’re done.

I like to collect information from various sites. There are time when I like few points while reading a site. I would like to blog my findings. Will I face a copyright issue if i directly copy paste the few points from other sites? I have seen the usage of “source”. If i mention the source, will it help?.
