Ashley Adams ~ Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, United States

It all began with needing to care for me.
I needed movement, so I found yoga.
I needed art, I found painting.
I needed to slow down, so I discovered meditation.
My boys and I needed time to be grounded, we found mother nature together.

The Wild Woman Project came to Ashley as a part of the center she used to run. Her circle became a sacred space in her month where she knew she had to make sure she showed up, no matter how busy or crazy life got. When her family moved three hours north, she knew that this was the one program she HAD to bring with her to her new home. There was nothing like this and she believes women everywhere need a space to show their true authentic selves.

Ashley is a women’s yoga retreat facilitator, yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, meditation guide, artist, forest bathing facilitator, as well as past middle school teacher. As a Women’s Yoga Retreat facilitator in Door County, Wisconsin she shares and guides other women who also yearn to be authentic and creative while living in this full modern world. Women gather together to practice being present with one another and flowing with clarity. By offering transformative experience through the power of mindful practices, connection, and gathering with like-minded people. Our circle creates a space where you can immerse yourself in deep introspection, finding solace and growth alongside a supportive community on their journey.

Ashley offers monthly new moon circles at The Pearl of Door County in Sturgeon Bay, and private circles within her retreats. Join us as we invite you to light your candle, slow down, and connect with yourself and fellow sisters.
