I work, live and love in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. I have been in private practice as a Naturopathic Doctor since 2005 and love to focus on mind-body-spirit medicine. I am also a Reiki Master and incorporate energy healing into my work. Since 2015 I have been leading women’s lunar circles, workshops and retreats. I have been gifted the healing name of “Wisdom of the Heart Woman’ by one of my mentors, and my personal medicine lies in holding loving and compassionate space, courageously and authentically, uncovering the truth, through wisdom and discernment, and helping those I work with realign with their essence.
