Julie Trombley ~ Wausau, Wisconsin, USA & TeleCircles

Julie Trombley is a life-long learner, mother of 3, spouse, life coach, dog mom, house plant enthusiast, meditation teacher, recovering people-pleaser, spiritual seeker, amateur vegetable gardener, recovering workaholic, health coach, and hiker. Julie is passionate about wellness, mindfulness, helping women recognize their worth, paper planners, nature, and healing chronic stress.

Julie has a Master’s Degree in Health & Human Development, is an International Coaching Federation Credentialed Life Coach (trained by Martha Beck), Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (trained by Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield), and Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach. Her life’s work is focused on healing chronic stress—in her own life and now with the clients she’s lucky enough to work with. Julie offers 1:1 coaching to women who are ready to heal chronic stress. A teacher at heart, Julie regularly offers classes and workshops online and in-person, in her signature style that is warm, gentle and welcoming.

Julie views women’s circles as a way to begin healing the stress caused by the patriarchy, hierarchy, and division in our modern lives. Circles have been an important part of Julie’s personal spiritual journey and she’s so excited to now be offering New Moon Women’s Circles, online and in-person, as a trained Wild Woman Project facilitator.
