Shekita Long is the founder of Detroit YogaFit; she is an Army Veteran, YogaFit instructor, Reiki practioner, Mother, and a guide on the side of all Wild Women bringing back the arts of creation and embodiment through ritual, creativity, and mysterious feats of wildness and wonder. When she splits off from the pack, you may find Shekita howling at the moon, dancing with the stars, or singing songs of her embodied wisdom in the wilderness, kinks and flowers in her hair.
