Dear Wild Woman Fest Family,

For the past 6 years, Spring time has been full of planning for our annual gathering.

Since 2014, we have journeyed from our homes to a mountain top each and every Summer, in the spirit of sacred pilgrimage. We have danced together under the Sun & Moon, prayed, howled, wept, cackled, sang, played our way into profound experiences of connection & revelation.

This year has ushered the whole human family into a collective process which involves a pause from our ordinary lives, into an extraordinary experience for which there is no road map. We are doing our best to understand what is happening & meet the moment with wisdom.

Bearing in mind the recommendations of the CDC in regards to large gatherings, and considering the enormous amount of unknowns about the future, I have decided it wise to postpone our 7th Annual WILD WOMAN FEST to July 21st – 25th, 2021. Next year, 2021 will gift us a great big Full Moon on Saturday night of FEST & I promise it will be a ritual to remember.

Many large retreats & festivals are having to make this tough choice. Even the Abode, where we gather, has decided to pause all large gatherings through August.

I know many of us will have a grief process around this news, I know I have. It is my hope that we utilize the tools, practices, rituals, relationships & knowings we have discovered, shoulder to shoulder on the mountain, at this most sacred & challenging time.

We hope to be of support to you, our dear community, online:

For those who purchased a pre-sale ticket for this year, your ticket will be automatically transferred to 2021. We truly hope you will plan on joining us then, but if you cannot, please reach out to support@wildwomanfest.com to request a refund.

May this extraordinary collective experience help in the process of rewilding our personal & collective consciousness and our personal & collective behavior.

May we use this opportunity to anchor deeper and deeper into the wisdom of the heart, in all of its tenderness and all of its resilience.

May we continue to remember: we are the bridge between the past and the future.

Hands always at your back,
Chris Maddox
