NEW MOON RECIPE WITH COLE LOPEZ

CRIMSON VINEGAR RECIPE

 ♃ Jupiter’s Merriment ♃

The New Moon in Sagittarius is the time to align with enthusiasm. Jupiter finds ultimate excitement in overindulgence and expansion, however it might be best to keep our arrows pointed at healthful moderation. Then again, we can have it all! Why settle for one? Let’s lift our glasses to excess and cheer to the moon!

 Crimson Vinegar for Liver Health

-Fresh Cranberries + Apple Cider Vinegar-

~Chop up (or use a micro fine grater) fresh organic cranberries to fill a glass jar. (You can make a very small amount or a large amount depending on the jar you choose.)
~After, pour organic apple cider vinegar into the jar to the very top.
~Use a chopstick to poke around in the mixture and release any trapped air bubbles; top off the bottle again with apple cider vinegar.
~Lastly, cover the bottle opening with wax paper before securing the lid on if the top is metal (vinegar will create rust when it comes into contact with metal. The wax paper creates a barrier so this does not happen. You can also use a plastic lid to avoid this instead.)
~Let the jar sit for 4-6 weeks in your cupboard. Check it periodically and top it off with extra apple cider vinegar if needed.
~Finally, squeeze and filter out the plant material and your vinegar is ready for use! You can put one ounce into a cup of water and simply drink it or use it in any way you like.

This vinegar will give your liver the nourishment it aims for!

CIRCLE LEADER SPOTLIGHT

Amanda PAmanda Petrocelly, Dalton, CA

What has leading your circle taught you?
Being a circle leader has taught me more then I ever dreamed. I began leading in hopes that I could, you know, lead people, however, each month I feel that I am learning and gaining so much more then I am able to give. I’ve learned to connect with the earth, the moon, and the divine so deeply. I’ve learned that the feminine is so unbelievably powerful and gentle at the same time. I’ve learned that we are all wiser than our deepest dreams would lead us to believe, and most importantly that no matter where we are, it’s where we need to be, and sometimes that DOES mean a big sloppy mess.
What is the main reason you lead your circle?
I hold my circle because I genuinely believe this, among other things, is part of my life’s work. The fulfillment and excitement I get by leading people to dig deeper within themselves is unparalleled in my life. “The glory of God is human being fully alive” – St. Irenaeus
Where do you hold it? What is the average size?
I’ve held my circle in my dearest friends homes, and recently I’ve been holding it in my home. My circle varies drastically month to month, which keeps things exciting, I’ve  had as little as two women and as many as 30. On average, I host about 15 people.
Has being a Wild Woman Circle Leader influenced other areas of your life?
Being a Wild Woman has not only influenced, but completely changed my life. I trust my intuition and I challenge myself to continue growing. If ever I drift too far from my path I have the next moon to guide me back. I’ve learned to be comfortable with the long and steady processes in my life, and to take giant leaps when I need to.
The Wild woman Project Dalton, CA
:::Wild Women of Dalton, CA:::
What are you reading and/or listening to right now?
I am half way into about a million books!! Ahhhh! But mostly, I am reading Lena Dunham’s “Not That Kind of Girl” and I’ve been reading “Women Who Run With Wolves” for about a year now. It’s so dense and rich I can only do a few pages at a time. It’s like a textbook for the wild woman! I listen to many types of music, but I love R&B the most. I probably have listened to John Legend everyday since his first album “Get Lifted” was released.
You are a theater artist. Are you working on anything you’d like to share with us?
I am a Theatre Artist! I recently Co- created, directed, acted, and breathed a show titled “Pieces of Her”. It was an experimental theatre piece with extremely personal movement pieces, monologues, and ensemble pieces about what the female experience has meant to us so far. It was very aligned with The Wild Woman Project. Now, myself and three of the other women from this show are teaming up and forging our way to do more of this type of Theatre. We want to explore social issues, obviously more feminist theatre, and ultimately, give people an experience that makes them look at their lives in some kind of way. Have you ever seen a really great movie and the day after you see it, you wake up thinking about it, and you almost feel like you know what it’s like to live something you haven’t lived? I want to do Theatre like that, and that’s really the other part of my life’s work.
