Dear One,
Today the Moon is new. Which can symbolize the beginning of the creative cycle. So today is a wondrous time to ask in: What will be born this cycle? What seeds will I plant for future cycles?
Simple Tools for Today:
Lighting of a candle.
Breath-work~for decluttering the inner space & connecting you to your own energy.
Visualization~the imagining of what we wish to create, or to call in.
Journaling~The writing down of intentions & stirrings in your own heart.
Making of some piece of art, something beautiful.

A Note on the Astrology of Today:
The astrological community is split on whether today is New Moon in Aquarius (the 2nd one in a row) or in Pisces. Because my most trusted astrologers chose Aquarius, I did too, but with great awareness of it being on the very edge of Pisces. So you will see below that our theme of the Month, “Honoring the Wild Heart,” acknowledges the merging energy of this cusp (see video below for more on this).
Something to consider:
At the end of the day, what New Moon is really about is tuning into your own guidance & visioning. Yes, these maps (like astrology) can be helpful & even fun, yet if one puts too much stock in it, one can begin to trust these maps more than their own inner wisdom. And that, my friends, is never what I would recommend to you.
